- The marathon and all other distances are NOT a competition, but a personal best. Please, listen to your body and stay hydrated and take breaks as needed
- Practice social distancing measures and all public health guidelines as per WECHU
- Avoid travelling in groups
- Use pedestrian lanes, trails and sidewalks
- Cyclists to obey all the rules of the road (stop signs, intersections, right of way, proximity to other vehicles and participants etc).
